How to export your X bookmarks
X has no export button for bookmarks, and its data archive leaves them out entirely. Here's what you can do instead, and why it's worth doing before your oldest ones stop showing up.
X's archive doesn't include bookmarks
You can download an archive of your account under Settings and privacy → Your account → Download an archive of your data. It holds your posts, likes, messages and followers. Your bookmarks aren't in it.
Why older bookmarks go missing
Many people find their bookmarks stop loading after roughly the 800 most recent: scroll far enough and the list simply ends. X doesn't document a limit, and it's not clear whether older bookmarks are hidden or gone. Either way, a bookmark you can't scroll back to is a bookmark you can't find.
Finding a bookmark on X
Where your account has bookmark search, it matches the words in a post, so you need to remember how it was worded. A post that was mostly a picture is hard to find this way. Bookmark folders, where you have them, help only if you sorted each post as you saved it.
Keep every bookmark, and find any of them
Connect X to Findy once, through X's own sign-in, and Findy brings in your bookmarks. New ones keep arriving on their own every few hours. Findy never sees your password.
Each bookmark keeps its text and a copy of its image, so it still works after the post is deleted. And you can find one by what you remember, not the exact words: Findy reads every post and every picture.
